氧化钽掺杂铪钛酸钡陶瓷的结构、形貌及压电性能研究

Abstract
采用传统固相反应方法制备了BaTi0.98Hf0.02O3+x mol%Ta2O5(x=0.2、0.4、0.6、0.8、1.0、1.2、1.5)陶瓷,对陶瓷结构、表面形貌、压电、介电和铁电测试结果的分析表明:Ta5+完全进入BaTi0.98Hf0.02O3的晶格中,并与之形成ABO3钙钛矿型固溶体;除了x=0.4的陶瓷样品,其他陶瓷样品均为铁电体.在所研究的体系中,x=0.2时,陶瓷压电系数较大,d 33=69 pC/N,介电常数εr=3849,介电损耗tanδ=0.023.
