Abstract
本研究对树豆酮酸A的合成方法进行改进.以2,4-二甲氧基苯甲酸为起始原料,经C—H活化/环合级联反应、选择性脱甲基、威廉姆森醚化、克莱森重排、水解得到目标产物,总收率为21.3％.采用1 H NMR、13 C NMR和ESI-HRMS对所合成的化合物进行表征.本研究为树豆酮酸A的制备提供了一个操作简单、条件温和的合成方法.
