Abstract
患者,男,32岁,反复淋巴结肿大、发热伴皮疹2年,广谱抗生素、抗结核治疗无效,肺部CT提示两肺内多发结节,血γ干扰素抗体阳性,皮肤活检组织、淋巴结组织、肺穿刺活检组织均培养出马尔尼菲篮状菌,予两性霉素B脂质体联合伏立康唑治疗效果佳.
