Abstract
Peyronie病(Peyronie's disease,PD)目前病因尚不明确,许多专家认为是性交引起地阴茎白膜反复损伤导致其创伤修复障碍,在阴茎海绵体白膜发生病变,胶原沉积形成纤维斑块组织.Peyronie病不仅引起患者身体的畸形,还会对患者造成心理障碍.目前对Peyronie病的病理生理的过程并不完全明确,许多临床研究结果存在前后矛盾,文章就近年来的Peyronie病的临床治疗进展做一综述.
