高效液相色谱法同时测定柴石退热颗粒中八种成分含量

Abstract
目的:通过研究建立一种检测方法,可同时测定柴石退热颗粒中八种化合物的含量.方法:采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,C18(5 μm,4.6×250 mm)色谱柱,流动相为0.12%甲酸乙腈溶液-0.12%甲酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,1.0 mL/min的流速,270 nm的检测波长.结果:黄芩苷等八种化合物的线性范围分别为4.2336~105.84 μg/mL、0.4992~12.48 μg/mL、1.4496~36.24 μg/mL、3.1548~78.96 μg/mL、1.146~28.64 μg/mL、0.2760~6.900 μg/mL、1.8425~30.87 μg/mL、0.5624~2.6875 μg/mL(r≥0.9973),检测限分别为0.501、0.321、0.285、0.369、0.247、0.268、0.432、0.362,平均加样回收率分别为98.23%~101.18%(RSD=1.14%,n=6),95.29%~100.24%(RSD=1.86%,n=6),96.85%~100.64%(RSD=1.32%,n=6),95.90%~103.06%(RSD=2.83%,n=6),97.81%~100.85%(RSD=1.35%,n=6),97.01%~101.27%(RSD=1.52%,n=6),95.20%~101.77%(RSD=2.70%,n=6),97.16%~102.94%(RSD=2.34%,n=6).结论:该方法通过方法学验证,结果可靠,可用于同时测定柴石退热颗粒中8种活性成分的含量.
