党的十八大报告提出"提高海洋资源开发能力,发展海洋经济,保护海洋生态环境,坚决维护国家海洋权益,建设海洋强国."主导制定海洋国际标准,提升话语权是建设海洋强国至关重要的一环.文章通过介绍当前海洋国际标准化趋势及我国海洋国际标准化工作概况,并结合我国实际情况提出了我国参与海洋国际标准化活动的建议与发展思考.
