复合绝缘子用胶装剂性能优化研究

Abstract
对复合绝缘子法兰用胶装剂的配方进行了优化调整,测定了调整后胶装剂配方的凝胶时间、玻璃化转变温度、力学性能和击穿电压等参数,并与在用的胶装剂配方进行了对比,进行了样机破坏负荷试验.结果表明:以甲基纳迪克酸酐为固化剂,新加入LD-410增韧剂,拉伸强度提高了9.2 MPa,弯曲强度提高了22.5 MPa,冲击强度提高了0.9 kJ/m2,击穿强度提高了3 kV/mm,复合绝缘子样机通过了破坏负荷试验验证,满足使用要求.
