冰片酯的合成、结构表征及工艺优化

Abstract
[目的]研究冰片酯的合成工艺.[方法]采用FT-IR、13CNMR、1HNMR证实冰片酯的结构,采用正交试验设计考察投料比、反应温度与反应时间对合成工艺的影响.[结果]正交实验结果显示,冰片酯的优化工艺条件为:冰片与酸投料比为1:1.2,反应温度为110℃,反应时间为6 h.[结论]该工艺对于更多冰片酯类衍生物的开发,扩大冰片的应用范围有一定参考价值.
