时毓民教授辨治儿童甲状腺功能亢进症经验

Abstract
甲状腺功能亢进症(hyperthyroidism,简称甲亢)常伴有甲状腺肿大、眼球外突及基础代谢率增高等表现.儿童时期甲亢主要指弥漫性甲状腺肿型甲亢,即Graves病(Graves' disease,GD),北欧及中国地区的发病率在1～6.5/100000(人/年)[1-3].GD可以发生在儿童的任何一个时期,但是其发病率会随着年龄的增加而上升,青春期时达到峰值,女孩的发病率明显高于男孩[4].甲亢属于中医学"瘿病""消渴""心悸"等范畴.时教授提出治疗儿童甲亢应当柔肝养阴、益气健脾,现将时教授经验总结如下.
