Abstract
本文通过腰痛辨证的相关文献对腰痛的证候进行整理归纳探索其规律,发现腰痛中医证候学以肾虚为主,与肝脾肾、寒湿、湿热、痰、瘀密切相关,与地理气候、局部解剖病理改变、体质、年龄等影响有关,与多种细胞因子、影像学特征等客观指标有重要关联性,以期为腰痛的临床诊疗提供理论探讨及客观依据.
