Abstract
髋关节发育不良(developmental dysplasia of the hip,DDH)是危害婴儿健康的最常见骨骼肌肉系统疾病之一,致残率极高,早期诊断早期治疗已成为共识,早期诊断一般是在出生后3月内得到诊断,6月内得到治疗,诊断年龄越大病理改变越重,治疗方法越复杂,早期诊断对治疗预后至关重要[1].早期诊断涉及遗传医学、围产医学、儿童保健医学、社区医疗、儿科学、骨科学及影像医学等多方面,需要多学科联合防治DDH.
