Abstract
《温疫论》作为我国第一部论述急性传染性疾病的专著,体现了吴有性在疫病辨证及论治方面的诸多独到见解,即在病因上明确提出"异气"致病,创造性地以膜原为主要病位,提出"治疫以逐邪为第一要义",倡导治疗以攻邪为主兼顾扶正,重视"汗法""下法"的使用,运用灵活多变的药物配伍创达原饮、三消饮等名方,奠定了疫病辨证治疗的理论基石.
