Abstract
本文通过对逍遥散的方源考证,认为逍遥散为煮散之汤剂,立方时以血虚为主,当归应为君药.其源于当归芍药散多于四逆散.后世运用时参考血虚、肝郁、脾弱三证各有发挥.现代临证中以肝郁多见,更应衡量血虚肝郁脾弱三证的轻重加减用药,方不失辨证论治之旨.
