Abstract
人类免疫缺陷病毒(human immunodeficiency virus,HIV)潜伏是艾滋病无法治愈的主要障碍.针对HIV潜伏的治疗策略之一"shock and kill",是通过潜伏感染激活剂激活潜伏的HIV使之发生转录,然后与高效抗逆转录病毒疗法(highly active antiretroviral therapy,HAART)联合使用,并结合细胞的自身免疫监视系统,从而实现清除HIV-1病毒潜伏库的目的.这种策略的核心是安全高效、作用机制新颖HIV潜伏激活剂的发现.从结构分类、来源和作用机制对天然产物HIV-1潜伏激活剂的研究进展进行综述.
