异常子宫出血( abnormal uterine bleeding,AUB)指月经的周期频率、规律性、经期长度和出血量四项指标中任何一项不符合正常标准的、源自子宫腔内的出血,就诊率高达70％ [1].根据国际妇产科联盟( FIGO)推荐的AUB分类系统( PALM-COEIN) ,排卵功能障碍相关的AUB即排卵障碍性异常子宫出血( AUB -O ) , 由稀发排卵、无排卵或黄体功能不足引起,分为排卵型和无排卵型两类.
