Abstract
文章谨遵《素问·阴阳应象大论》"阳化气,阴成形"之旨,探讨扶阳法在前列腺癌治疗中的应用.笔者认为"阳化气,阴成形"功能失调是前列腺癌的主要发病机制,提出"温阳化气"之扶阳法为前列腺癌的基本治疗大法.在临证时应审证求因,以扶阳之法消除"阴成形太过"之弊,扶阳抑阴,促阳化气,使"阳化气"功能正常发挥,并根据前列腺癌的疾病阶段、变证兼证、证候虚实,辨证选药、随证治之,最终提高临床疗效.
