腰椎间盘退变性疾病临床较为常见,传统治疗方法是腰椎融合术,但远期疗效并不理想.与腰椎融合术相比,全椎间盘置换术治疗腰椎间盘退变性疾病,可以在减轻临床症状的同时改善椎体活动度,远期并发症相对较少,近年来临床应用增多.本文对腰椎全椎间盘置换术的适应证、假体类型、治疗优势、临床疗效、并发症及临床发展趋势进行了综述.
