Abstract
患者,男,43岁,以"颈部疼痛伴左上肢间歇性麻木1个月,且近15 d加重"为主诉,于2015年12月30日来我院门诊就诊.患者无外伤史.体格检查:颈椎活动受限;C6 ～C7棘突无明显压痛,棘旁压痛明显;左侧臂丛神经牵拉试验阳性;左上肢肌力Ⅳ级,右上肢肌力Ⅴ级;双侧霍夫曼征阴性.颈椎 MRI示:C6～7椎间盘髓核向左后方突出,明显压迫脊髓,未见明显脊髓信号改变(图1).
