Abstract
“动静结合”是骨折治疗原则之一,其对骨折端的间歇性刺激具有促进骨折愈合的作用.然“动”“静”结合不当,易引发骨折延迟愈合甚至不愈合.骨折愈合过程中微动产生应压力载荷激发骨自适应重构,促进骨结构完整和骨生物机械功能恢复,然其机制仍不明确.本文从骨折愈合过程探寻中医“动静结合”理论与骨载荷自适应重构的相关性理论机制,科学阐释“动静结合”理论.
