贝尔麻痹(Bell's palsy,BP)是常见的周围性面瘫,与古之"口?"相近.敦煌《灸经图》传承久远,特色鲜明,所载古穴未注明经络(经筋)循行,仅图示穴位,阐释主治和方法 ,简单实用.本文从BP、面瘫与手足三阳经筋、面瘫取穴、敦煌古穴、艾灸作用机理等方面探讨敦煌《灸经图》古穴治疗BP理论特色,为临床相关治疗提供思路,发扬敦煌医学.
