Abstract
原发免疫性血小板减少症(ITP)是具有出血倾向的自身免疫性疾病.阴火是由于脾胃失调,元气衰弱,引起气火失调、营血不足所致.本文通过分析阴火病机与慢性期ITP发病机制的密切关系,认为阴火使血中伏火,瘀阻脉络,迫血妄行而见出血,法当补脾胃、升阳气、泻阴火,采用自拟方治疗获得满意疗效,并附验案加以佐证.
