Abstract
糖尿病下肢动脉粥样硬化性病变(LEAD)是糖尿病主要慢性并发症之一,是导致下肢缺血性溃疡和截肢的主要原因.中药外洗法在LEAD中应用越来越多.兹对单用中药外洗法、中药外洗配合中药汤剂内服、中药外洗配合中药汤剂内服并联合西药治疗LEAD等临床研究进行综述,为临床应用提供依据,并指出研究中存在的问题和不足,以期为进一步深入研究提供思路.
