Abstract
新型冠状病毒肺炎是由新型冠状病毒引起的呼吸道传染病,其传染性强,属于中医"疫病"范畴,主要是由湿邪泛滥,疫毒郁肺引起.本文旨在从湿邪致病的特点出发,初步探讨新冠肺炎患者核酸复阳的病机,认为其主要原因在于:一是余湿未清,伏邪未尽;二是正气亏虚,正不抑邪;而七情所伤,肝郁脾虚又是核酸复阳不可忽视的因素.因此在治疗过程中,应将扶正固本、祛邪攻毒、疏肝解郁诸法有机结合起来.
