中医对围绝经期综合征(perimenopausal syndrome,PMS)的认识历史悠久,近年来对其研究也取得了很大的进展.古今医家对于本病的认识不尽相同,但多责之于肝肾.查阅近年来中医药从肝肾立论,治疗PMS的理论文献和临床研究文献,从病因病机、中医药治疗方面对其最新研究进展进行综述,为进一步研究该理论奠定基础.
