Abstract
多发性硬化主要归属于中医"痿证"范畴,病因病机复杂,笔者认为,湿热之邪为多发性硬化发生发展变化过程中的重要因素.湿热致病特点与多发性硬化临床特点密切相关;湿邪留伏,复感外邪致多发性硬化反复发作;湿热毒损督脉致多发性硬化的发生.因此,清热利湿法治疗多发性硬化可取得明显临床疗效.
