Abstract
从跷脉和脑府相连,阴跷为足少阴之别脉、阳跷为足太阳之别脉,跷脉主司肢体运动,跷脉为病阳缓而阴急、阴缓而阳急,跷脉有内溉脏腑、外濡腠理的生理功能等方面,论述跷脉与中风后痉挛性瘫痪的相关性,从而为从跷脉辨治中风后痉挛性瘫痪提供理论依据.
