肉苁蓉为沙生名贵的滋补中药材,具药用和食用价值.主要化学成分有苯乙醇苷类、环烯醚萜及其苷类、木脂素及其苷类、多糖等,其中苯乙醇苷类为主要药效物质.该文对肉苁蓉化学成分进行总结,阐述肉苁蓉的药理作用,从亲缘性及特有性、传统药效、新的药效、传统药性、代谢转化、可测性,分析可作为其质量标志物的成分,为肉苁蓉的临床用药提供更精准明确的依据,制定更加科学的质量标准.
