Abstract
近年来,随着冠状动脉造影术的普及,造影发现冠状动脉微循环障碍的患者越来越多,中医药治疗冠状动脉微循环障碍具有可行性,该文通过对中西医关于冠状动脉微循环障碍的认识,简述目前西医的治疗措施,重点综述近年来对于冠状动脉微循环障碍的中医治疗最新研究成果,进而从益气活血法(包括中药汤剂、中成药、中药注射液治疗)、祛痰通络法、补肾活血法三个角度探讨中医药治疗冠状动脉微循环障碍的研究方法,为临床提供参考.
