Abstract
原发性失眠(PI)属中医学"不寐"范畴,心脾两虚证和心肾不交证是临床中不寐常见的两个证型.本文运用静息态功能磁共振成像(rs-fMRI),研究心脾两虚证和心肾不交证PI患者局部一致性(ReHo)脑功能活动的特点,为不寐不同证型的鉴别提供影像学依据.
