Abstract
盆腔器官脱垂(Pelvic organ prolapsed,POP)是中老年女性常见的盆底功能障碍性疾病之一,绝经后女性发病率高达50％,随着生活质量的提高,逐渐引起女性的关注.POP的病因尚不明确,目前这方面的研究日益增多,但缺乏系统的总结.基于此,本文对POP中西医病因学文献进行整理分析总结,以期为POP的预防和治疗及后续研究提供理论基础.
