Abstract
文章对比冠心病患者和健康者的心率减速力(deceleration capacity of rate,DC)、心率加速力(aceleration capacity heart rate,AC)及心率变异性(heart rate variability,HRV)的差异情况,探讨冠心病患者DC、AC及HRV的特点及与左室射血分数的相关性.结果显示,DC、AC、HRV作为评估自主神经功能的常用指标,操作简单、快速、安全,联合使用效果更好,可稳定评估冠心病患者自主神经功能受损情况,对心源性猝死起到预警作用.
