Abstract
慢性萎缩性胃炎(chronic atrophic gastritis, CAG)是指由于胃黏膜腺体萎缩减少,伴或不伴肠上皮化生及不典型增生的胃黏膜慢性炎症[1].高盐饮食、偏食辛辣是其常见的致病因素[2].早在 1978 年,世界卫生组织将其列为癌前疾病,在 CAG 基础上发生的肠上皮化生和上皮内瘤变被列为肠型胃癌的癌前病变.近年来,肿瘤性疾病发病率及病死率逐渐增加,统计资料显示,2017 年内江市恶性肿瘤类单病种死因中,胃癌排在第3 位[3],而 CAG 是早期胃癌的独立危险因素[4],早期治疗 CAG 对于预防胃癌的发生具有重要意义.
