Abstract
医患沟通能力是医学生岗位胜任力的重要能力之一,然而在医患关系紧张,患者维权意识和自我保护意识增强的社会背景下,传统的教学方式已经不能满足对学生医患沟通能力的培养需求,情景模拟教学法应运而生.PDCA管理是一种有效的质量管理方法,文章研究了基于PDCA管理的情景模拟教学在医学生医患沟通能力培养中的应用,取得良好效果.
