Abstract
不可逆电穿孔(Irreversible Electroporation,IRE)是一种将肿瘤暴露于高压电脉冲下,通过电脉冲能量的非热效应,诱导细胞死亡的技术.该技术应用于肿瘤消融,与其他消融相比,具有对非目标组织的不损伤特点:如邻近大血管肿瘤消融,血管不受损伤.本文综述了IRE的原理、特性、特点,以及在肝癌、胰腺癌、前列腺癌消融治疗的临床应用,对临床应用提供借鉴意义.
