Abstract
目的 探讨龙脷叶乙醇提取物止咳、祛痰、抗炎作用.方法 采用小鼠氨水引咳法、小鼠气管酚红排泌法观察龙脷叶乙醇提取物的止咳祛痰作用.采用LPS诱导肺损伤模型探索龙脷叶的抗炎作用.Elisa检测肺灌洗液中TNF-α和IL-1β的表达.结果 龙脷叶乙醇提取物能剂量依赖性的显著延长氨水诱导咳嗽潜伏时间,减少咳嗽次数,增加酚红排泌量(P<0.05).龙脷叶乙醇提取物显著降低LPS诱导急性肺损伤模型中TNF-α、IL-1β的表达.结论 龙脷叶乙醇提取物具有止咳祛痰的作用.
