通过梳理我国医疗安全(不良)事件管理相关政策要求和工作现状,发现存在问题,提出如下建议:基于信息化数据管理的医疗安全(不良)事件定义及分级分类标准化,发挥医疗安全(不良)事件在质量持续改进管理体系中的作用,实施医疗安全(不良)事件闭环管理,加强医疗机构患者安全文化建设,高度关注并帮助第二受害者.
