外阴阴道壁血管肌纤维母细胞瘤二例及文献复习

Abstract
血管肌纤维母细胞瘤(angiomyofibroblastoma,AMF)是一种罕见的良性软组织肿瘤,主要来源于盆腔软组织间叶细胞.好发于女性,临床表现无特异性,影像学检查使用率低且术前难以确诊,需依靠病理学明确诊断.一般以手术治疗为主,预后良好,复发率极低.现报告2例外阴阴道壁血管肌纤维母细胞瘤病例,探讨该病的临床特点、病理及免疫组化特征、诊治方法及预后情况,并回顾相关文献,加深对该病的认识.
