何立群教授论治糖尿病肾脏疾病(消渴病肾病),辨病为先,辨证为主,根据消渴病肾病气阴两虚为本、兼瘀夹湿浊毒内蕴的病机特点,临证熔活血、利水、祛湿、泄浊诸法于一炉,并酌加理气、祛风、温阳之品,选方以协定方糖肾宁为主辨证加减,常收以大方统御全局、却顽疾而起沉疴之功.
