Abstract
目的:建立不同采收期珠子参中人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Ro、竹节参皂苷Ⅳa、姜状三七苷R1以及去葡萄糖竹节参皂苷Ⅳa 5种化学成分的含量测定方法.方法:采用Thermo C18(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm)色谱柱;以0.02％的磷酸水溶液和乙腈进行梯度洗脱;柱温30℃;流速1 mL·min-1;检测波长203 nm.结果:不同采收期中5种化学成分含量积累在7月份达到最高.结论:7月份可作为珠子参最佳采收期,用于珠子参的质量控制.
