Abstract
肠易激综合征(IBS)是一种功能性胃肠疾病,主要表现为排便习惯紊乱(便秘或腹泻、腹痛),其中腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS-D)最为常见.西医治疗IBS-D以调节肠道菌群为主,能迅速改善患者症状,但复发率高.中医药治疗IBS-D效果明显,具有疗效好、不良反应少等特点.该文从病因病机、辨证论治两方面对中医药论治IBS-D进行综述.
