Abstract
对石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定血清铟含量方法的不确定度分量进行评定.依据不确定度评定方法和石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定血清铟的原理,建立数学模型,分析测试过程中不确定度的来源,对各不确定度的分量进行评定.结果显示,计算出测定血清铟的相对不确定度为0.026,扩展不确定度为1.85.分析不确定度分量中,标准溶液引入、样品测量重复性引入和铟质量浓度测量引入的不确定度影响较大.
