修造船厂电焊岗位金属锰的浓度检测及有效控制

Abstract
为了解修造船厂电焊作业场所对金属锰的有效控制措施,我们对舟山6家修造船厂电焊作业场所进行职业卫生学调查,并对现场金属锰进行检测.结果显示,修造船厂电焊作业场所金属锰浓度较高,岗位超标率达61.8％,船舱或分段等受限空间内许多岗位浓度远超接触限值.提示,修造船厂电焊作业场所金属锰整体污染较重,特别是船舱或分段等受限空间内部,应采取综合措施进行有效控制,减少职业病的发生.
