Abstract
特异性促炎症消退介质(specialized pro-resolving lipid mediator,SPM)在炎症中可使多种免疫细胞功能转变,从而加速炎症的消退.研究发现,SPM家族中消退素(resolvin,Rv)、脂氧素(lipoxin,Lx)和保护素等在多发性硬化(multiple scle-rosis,MS)中发挥着类似的促炎症消退作用,与疾病活动性和严重程度等相关.SPM可通过口服补充,有望成为MS或其他炎症性疾病的治疗新靶点.该文对近年来SPM在炎症过程中的作用及其与MS的相关研究进行综述.
