Abstract
恶性肿瘤严重危害人类生命健康,近年来研究认为同源域蛋白同源盒(homeodomain-only protein homeobox,HOPX)基因是一种新的抑癌基因,其甲基化程度与肿瘤的发生发展关系密切.然而,HOPX在不同肿瘤中的作用仍不十分明确,有待进一步研究探索.该文以HOPX在肿瘤中的最新研究进展为基础,就其在肿瘤中的表达、功能及相关机制作一综述,为其在肿瘤领域的深入研究和应用提供参考.
