Abstract
Notch信号通路是一种进化上高度保守的信号通路途径,缺血可激活该通路,在细胞凋亡、血管生成、神经发生、免疫炎症等方面发挥作用.缺血性脑卒中后针刺治疗,可以影响Notch信号通路相关因子的表达,促进缺血脑组织的神经发生,增强缺血耐受性,抑制细胞凋亡,促使血管生成等.
