Abstract

肠外表现在炎症性肠病(inflammatoryboweldisease, IBD)中十分常见,其发生率为6％～47％[1-2].IBD 的肠外表现(extraintestinal manifestations,EIMs)通常累及以下4个器官[2-5]:①关节,如脊柱关节病、周围性关节炎;②皮肤,如结节性红斑(erythemanodosum, EN)、坏疽性脓皮病(pyodermagangrenosum,PG)、Sweet综合征、口腔溃疡等;③肝脏及胆道,如原发性硬化性胆管炎;④眼睛,如葡萄膜炎、巩膜外层炎.
