吻合口漏是直肠癌前切除术后常见严重并发症,目前仍然是结直肠癌外科医生所需要面对的最为棘手问题之一.吻合口漏发生将导致患者住院时间延长、围手术期死亡风险增加、原位复发率升高,总体生存期缩短等不良影响,因此对其预防和治疗是直肠癌围手术期重要工作之一.本文旨在对吻合口漏发生的预防及治疗措施进行综述分析.
