Abstract
全膝关节置换术( total knee arthroplasty, TKA)是膝关节骨性关节炎终末期治疗的最有效方式[1].术后约有30％～60％的患者存在中、重度疼痛,严重影响患者术后功能锻炼及康复[2].在加速康复外科(enhanced recovery after surgery, ERAS)理念下,区域阻滞是TKA术后镇痛的主要方式.
