组织器官纤维化可最终导致脏器功能发生障碍,其发生、发展机制目前尚不完全明确.而研究发现转化生长因子β1是重要的致纤维化因子,可以激活其下游Smads蛋白的表达,调控机体的纤维化进程.文章将对TGF-β1/Smads信号通路在各种纤维化疾病中的调控机制进行综述.
