Abstract
脑瘫作为非进行性脑损伤疾病,以肢体运动障碍和发育障碍为主要特征.矫形器可通过牵拉与支撑作用改善肢体功能,当前围绕痉挛型脑瘫儿童设计的矫形器不断增多,但针对上肢矫形器开展的研究相对稀缺.本文将结合近年来国内外文献,对痉挛型脑瘫儿童专用上肢矫形器的设计思路与治疗效果做一简要综述.
